Regardless of Zim's many many failures he still has an unending, unfounded, confidence in himself. Zim believes he's on earth on a mission for the Tallest. In reality the Tallest actually exilled him to earth to get rid of him. Zim's only Irken companion is a malfunctioning robot named Gir.
